Global Share
Global Registered Shares (GRS) are opposed to American Depository Receipts (ADR) an instrument designed for issuers able to list their ordinary shares directly on the NYSE. With the help of the appropriate technology, the current regulatory environment permits Deutsche Bank to list registered shares directly on stock exchanges. Indeed, in anticipation of the NYSE listing, Deutsche Bank already issued registered shares back in 1999.

For inquiries of U.S. shareholders we established a service telephone line. If you have any questions, please dial 866 203 6614 which is a toll-free number in the United States of America.
