Frankfurt, March 19, 2008

Dr.-Ing. E.h. Heinrich von Pierer and Tilmann Todenhöfer. The following candidates will be proposed for election as new members: Suzanne Labarge, former Vice Chairman and Chief Risk Officer of Royal Bank of Canada, and Werner Wenning, Chairman of the Management Board of Bayer AG.
